This section aims to make you aware of the obligations in terms of attribution of copyright on the content made available to you and the media supports used by Concrétise. All content listed on their servers is from different sources and may be subject to copyright. While the majority of the content is company creation, some media may come from a third party author who has authorized the use and distribution of their work under a limited, open, or exclusive license.
Trademarks on the home page
The logos and trademarks displayed on the home page of the website in no way designate an affiliation or an association. The use is only used to represent a direct referral to a project or product that Concrétise agrees to encourage and/or support. The company Concrétise holds their own authorizations which allow the limited use of each of the brands identified on its website and reserves the right to provide or not, a copy in the event of a dispute.
Illustrations under CC0 license
All images belonging to the ColibriWP theme are under a CC0 License (Creative Commons Zero) intended for the public domain which authorizes all people to reuse, improve or modify whatever the purpose (commercial or personal) of the work used without any restriction of rights. . No distinction is and will be made to differentiate between copyrighted images and copyright free ones. This section is for informational purposes only, Concrétise disclaims all liability in the event of illegal use or plagiarism by others of the images presented on its website. Typography used
All the fonts used are royalty free and can be used for commercial and personal purposes. However, our trademark uses the “Eurosteal” typography created by Michal Nowak which grants us unlimited permission to use it for commercial purposes.
Image banks
The company may also use for its use illustrations from image banks which are free of copyright for commercial purposes. The organization has chosen to use the Pixabay platform with its simplified license for all these projects requiring a royalty-free image. Author permissions were requested and approved before publication, despite this platform’s pre-authorization.
